Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in all facets of the flooring industry, including detailed product knowledge, measure and estimating, and installation methods to become a flooring expert.
• Stay up to date on the latest design trends, colors, and styles.
• Ensure a wonderful experience by expertly guiding customers through the floor buying process, communicating clearly, and delivering on expectations.
• Ability to close business, grow sales, and meet showroom goals.
